Yeah the date was actually just for me to get jacked by. I know I will probably get to that weight easily in that period, but I will probably gain more weight from muscle.
I have a huge frame (broad shoulders and height help)

I go to a new tech high school, and the only P.E. they offer is the gym (which kick started my whole lose-the-fat-because-you're-paying-$350-a-year thing). I have been slacking on working out (cardio anyways) but I've been losing fat heh, I really think these energy drinks are helping my metabolism it's all I drink.

I grew up in Ventura... moved just before H.S. Really was looking forward to taking body surfing for P.E. They still offer that? Good luck with your weight training. You look great.

Well I mainly wanna lose fat, I don't really care about the goal weight I listed because either way I'm going to gain muscle which will make me weigh more, but I'm going to use it as a reference point.
I weigh 156 as of today, and I been at the gym 3hrs (I wanted to stay 2 but could only get picked up an hour later...) so my arms are really hurting. But what doesn't kill me only makes me stronger right? ^_^

So what are you training for at the moment? You seem in good shape for a 16 year old so lets keep momentum high.
Keep up the intensity
